Two New Bouts Planned for UFC 122 in Germany

European lightweights Dennis Siver and Andre Winner are being penciled in for the UFC’s next trip to Germany at UFC 122. Siver, who fights out of Germany, earned a unanimous decision over Spencer Fisher in June and is 5-1 in his last six. Winner is a former TUF runner-up who most recently dropped a unanimous decision to Nick Lentz in a fight that has spurred much debate on how wrestling should be scored in MMA.
Also being planned for the event in Germany is another pair of lightweights, Darren Elkins vs. Edson Barboza. Ekins is 1-1 in the UFC, most recently losing by first-round submission to Jiu-Jitsu ace Charles Oliveira at UFC Live on Versus 2. Barboza is a Brazilian known for his striking skills and will be making his UFC debut.
UFC 122 will be shown on tape delay for free on Spike TV, with the likely main event being between middleweight contenders Vitor Belfort and Yushin Okami.
