Bellator 36 Results: Lightweights

The Bellator Season 4 Lightweight Tournament started last night at the Shreveport Municipal Auditorium, and all 4 lightweight winners had no use for the judges in Louisiana. The event hit a small stumbling block when they had to use a last minute replacement, but thankfully the lightweight tournament makes plans for such occurrences. When asked about the night of fights Bellator CEO Bjorn Rebney said “We expected great fights tonight and we were not disappointed. Our Lightweights put on a spectacular show at the Shreveport Municipal Auditorium tonight.”
The event was another successful showing on MTV2 for Bellator’s first season on the network.
