Phoenix has now gone ‘Under’ only twice in their past 12 games with 7 OV and 3 push. Predators have gone ‘Over’ in 5 of their last 8 games as well. Nashville ranks #13 in goals scored per game, while Phoenix has climbed all the way up to #16. Phoenix is still among the top of the pack defensively, but Nashville ranks only 19th in the NHL in goals against per game.
The more important factor has been a somewhat more aggressive style of play by the Coyotes in the past month or so. They’ve been able to maintain their solid defensive numbers and they’ve won 7 of their L10 games. These two teams played in Phoenix on 1/21 with 6 goals scored between the two teams. We’ll look for this game to go ‘Over’ as well and we’re getting a nice moneyline price on that position.
