Say goodbye to the byes. With all 32 teams back on the weekly schedule, fantasy owners now have all their game pieces available to either secure a playoff berth or make a run at one. Injuries of course remain an issue, especially for those relying on Willis McGahee, Rob Gronkowski and all Chicago Bears as long as Jay Cutler is sidelined. But let’s not focus on the negative. Instead, let’s offer some serviceable recommendations for those difficult lineup decisions.

Andy Dalton (@ OAK) – The Raiders secondary has been carved up the last three weeks by Josh Freeman, Joe Flacco and Drew Brees. During those same three weeks, Dalton has thrown seven touchdowns and ran for another. If you’re a Vick or Big Ben owner, or just looking for a switch under center, now is the time to go ginger.

Jalen Parmele (vs TEN) – There are changes afoot in Jacksonville. Blaine Gabbert is done for the year and Chad Henne is attempting to resurrect his career. In addition, unheralded third-year running back Jalen Parmele is suddenly getting a lot of carries (24 for 80 yards in Week 11). The Titans rush defense is very forgiving, so Parmele is worth a look.

Jonathan Stewart (@ PHI) – At this point, starting anyone with a pulse who faces the dreadful Eagles is a good idea. The Carolina backfield is an overpaid exercise in frustration, but Stewart is clearly the top dog, and is coming off one of his better games of the season. Need a flex, he’s your guy.

Golden Tate (@ MIA) – Tate is a tease, although he has been relatively consistent of late with 13 receptions and three touchdowns in his last three starts. The Dolphins did a solid job against the Bills passing attack last week, but they are hardly reliable. If you’re a Tate owner and you need him, might as well ride him while he’s hot.

Danario Alexander (vs BAL) - This should be a no-brainer considering that Alexander has been tearing it up since entering the Chargers starting lineup. 15 caches for 291 yards and three scores is superb. He finally looks like the player the Rams coveted for two years before cutting him loose. The Ravens will pay him close attention, but he’s still a relatively safe option.

Dallas Clark (vs ATL) – Remember him? Well, he’s scored in his last two games and is one of the players reaping rewards from Josh Freeman’s hot streak. Don’t expect monster numbers from the 33-year-old ex-Colt, but with the tight end position still being a sea of disappointment, you could do a lot worse.
