Quarterback
Michael Vick, Philadelphia Eagles
It has been three weeks since Michael Vick has been on the gridiron for the Philadelphia Eagles after suffering from torn rib cartilage against the Washington Redskins, but the superstar quarterback is ready to get back to business this weekend when Peyton Manning and company head to Philly.
Even though the Indianapolis Colts are arguably one of the best teams in the league right now, they will have their hands full this weekend trying to contain Michael Vick both on the ground and through the air.
Running Back
Adrian Peterson, Minnesota Vikings
The Minnesota Vikings have struggled to live up to expectations this season, but the one player on the team that has played well all season long has been superstar running back Adrian Peterson and this week he should have his best game of the season against the lowly Arizona Cardinals.
Wide Receiver
Roddy White, Atlanta Falcons
Even though the defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints seem to get all the attention in the NFC South division, the Atlanta Falcons have proven they are a legitimate force to be reckoned with this season as they been able to maintain a first place standing in the division.
This week the Falcons offense should be firing on all cylinders and the one player that stands to benefit most is wide receiver Roddy White.
Tight End
Antonio Gates, San Diego Chargers
The San Diego Chargers may have a lot of catching up to do this season in order to get back into playoff contention, but they have one of the most potent offenses in the league with quarterback Philip Rivers and tight end Antonio Gates leading the way.
This week Gates should have another big game against the Houston Texans defense.
Defense
Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers might still be feeling the sting from getting beat by the defending Super Bowl champion New Orleans Saints, but they will look to get back on track this week with a dominant performance against the Cincinnati Bengals who have lost four straight.
