Fantasy Football: Start ‘Em Week 14
Added on Dec 10, 2010 by Barry in
Quarterback
Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers
There is no question that starting perennial Pro bowl quarterback Aaron Rodgers every single week is a must because he is a multiple threat with both his arm and his legs to reach the end zone, but this week he is a must start more than most as the Green Bay Packers will be going up against the lowly Detroit Lions.
Expect Aaron Rodgers to have a big day if not his best performance of the regular season against this struggling Lions defense.
Running Back
Peyton Hillis, Cleveland Browns
At this point me NFL regular-season Peyton Hillis has officially quieted his critics as he has become arguably one of the best running backs in the league. even though the Cleveland Browns will fail to make the playoffs this season and may be the next season, Hillis continues to be one of the highest performing running backs in the NFL in terms of fantasy football production.
Wide Receiver
Greg Jennings, Green Bay Packers
Like I said earlier in the post, the Green Bay Packers will be going up against one of the worst defenses in the league in the Detroit Lions. With that being said, almost anybody on the Packers offense should be a must start for Week 14 as quarterback Aaron Rodgers will be throwing all over the field.
That means that wide receiver Greg Jennings could be in for a very big day!
Tight End
Vernon Davis, San Francisco 49ers
The San Francisco 49ers may not be the team that everybody thought they would be coming into this NFL regular season, but they have started to come into their own as of late and they still have one of the best tight ends in the league in Vernon Davis.
This week they will be going up against the Seattle Seahawks and Davis is a must start my opinion as he could have one to two touchdowns and a big chunk of yards.
Defense
Pittsburgh Steelers
There are very few defenses around the NFL that are a must start in fantasy football, but the Pittsburgh Steelers are a very close to that distinction in this week believe you can’t go wrong as they will be playing the lowly Cincinnati Bengals.
