Fantasy Football Week 4: Injury Report

Arizona Cardinals
Steve Breaston, WR (Knee)
The Arizona Cardinals offense is suffering right now with inconsistent play at the quarterback position by Derek Anderson, but they do get a big boost from up and coming wide receiver Steve Breaston when he is healthy.
Unfortunately, this week the Arizona Cardinals will have to play the San Diego Chargers without their second best wideout in the offense as Breaston will be sitting out with a knee injury.
This is good news for anyone with Larry Fitzgerald owners as he will see more balls thrown his way.
Status: Out
Baltimore Ravens
Ray Rice, RB (Knee)
The Baltimore Ravens passing game seems to be firing on all cylinders after last week’s win over the Cleveland Browns when quarterback Joe Flacco connected with his new Pro Bowl wide receiver Anquan Boldin for three touchdowns, but the ground game still needs work as Pro Bowl running back Ray Rice is still battling a nagging knee injury.
The up and coming running back and the heart of the Ravens offense is listed as questionable this week’s AFC North showdown against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but with Troy Polamalu and company just punishing offenses this season, Baltimore might think twice about how many carries they give Rice.
Status: Questionable
Houston Texans
Andre Johnson, WR (Ankle)
The Houston Texans are a passing football team, there is no question about that, but they might go back to the ground game in Week 4 against the weak Oakland Raiders run defense.
Not only will the running game be a more viable option against one of the worst run defenses in the league, but with Andre Johnson not a 100% with an ankle injury, they won’t want to risk further injury to their go to guy in the offense.
Johnson is listed as questionable right now, but even if he sees some action I don’t think he will be getting many looks.
Status: Questionable
St. Louis Rams
Steven Jackson, RB (Groin)
The St. Louis Rams played pretty well last week by getting their first win of the season against the Washington Redskins, but it didn’t come without the cost of possibly losing their superstar running back Steven Jackson to a groin injury.
Apparently Jackson’s groin injury isn’t that serious, but it might be bad enough to see him watching from the sidelines against the Seattle Seahawks this weekend.
Status: Questionable
