This week in MMA features a heavy dose talent outside of the UFC.
The WEC is up first on Wednesday when they hold their 50th event live from the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
Bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz (15-1) will defend the belt for the first time in a highly anticipated rematch against Joseph Benavidez (12-1).
The co-main event of the night features Anthony Pettis (11-1) taking on wrestling standout Shane Roller (8-2) and the winner will likely place himself in line for a lightweight title shot.
