The final formality is now complete for tomorrow evening’s fight card which takes place at the MGM Grand Theater at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut. WBC Welterweight Champion Andre Berto of Winter Haven, FL along with the number five ranked challenger “Vicious” Victor Ortiz took to the scales along with the other participants of the HBO televised event. Television coverage of the Golden Boy and DiBella Entertainment promoted event kicks off at 9:45PM ET/6:45PM PT.
