FEG/Dream held their annual New Years Eve show, and sold out crowd gathered for Dynamite!! 2010. The event was mixed with kick boxing bouts and Mixed Martial Arts bouts to entertain the tens of thousands of people in attendance at the  Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan.

All the fights took place with the exception of Bob Sapp vs. Shinichi Suzukawa.  According to the announcers, Bob Sapp tried to renegotiate his contract at the last minute. The announcement they made to the attendees was that “Bob Sapp lost the will to fight.”
